I have had a virtual organising consult with Tracey. First I sent photos of the rooms in questions, then we chatted online for awhile about ideas and limitations, and also had a long telephone call discussing details. Tracey then emailed me an action plan.  The process worked a lot better than I expected and her ideas were very useful, things I hadn't thought of.  If you neeed some help and are not in Melbourne, Virtual Organising is a very useful service

Event Management

I was looking to plan a surprise party for by wife’s 40th birthday, however, due to a busy work schedule and a desire to maintain the crucial element of surprise I decided that I needed an accomplice. So, I enlisted the services of Tracey Embleton Organising Services to assist with the covert operation.

Following a brief discussion regarding my dilemma, experienced event planner and organiser extraordinaire Tracey Embleton chose to accept the mission. Tracey organised the space, entertainment, catering and video documentation of the event, as well as organising invitations and managing RSVPs for more than 100 of our closest and dearest friends and relatives.
